Who can see the documents you send with an application

Applying for a job means handing over personal data: an ID card, a diploma, sometimes a health certificate. Wanting to know where that ends up is reasonable. This page explains what happens to documents you upload through doki.help โ€” without overclaiming.

Who can open them

Sensitive documents are deferred

ID cards and health documents are not requested from every applicant by default โ€” they're collected after an offer. So a dozen employers don't end up holding your ID just because you applied.

Files have no public address

AI only if it's switched on

AI document recognition is off by default. Document images go to an AI provider only when the account owner turns it on in settings.

Common questions

Can other employers see my application?

No. Each application is visible only to the employer who posted that vacancy.

Why am I being asked for my ID card?

At the application stage you usually shouldn't be. If a vacancy asks early, you're entitled to ask why โ€” identity documents are normally only needed after an offer.

How do I delete documents I've already sent?

Contact the employer who received your application, or reach us through the contact in the Privacy Policy. Requesting deletion is your right under Indonesia's UU PDP.

Are my documents end-to-end encrypted?

No, and we don't claim they are. Files travel over HTTPS and sit in private storage with restricted access โ€” we'd rather state that plainly than overpromise.

Less than 15 minutes โ€” and order that lasts.
